I AM A School Representative

As Guidance Counselors, Civics teachers, Principals, or other individuals responsible for promoting Kansas Boys State in your high school, you have a tremendous role in selecting the most qualified candidates for our program.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get your students into the Boys State Program. The key to successful communication is to help Kansas Boys State keep your contact information as accurate as possible.

Schools will receive a recruiting page around January 8, 2024. Applications are due by April 30, 2024.

Athletic coaches may be hesitant to allow an eligible student from attending Boys State because of team conditioning requirements. We believe that our program can help a student become an even more effective leader and contribute those enhanced leadership skills to his athletic team. If strength and conditioning are requirements that might otherwise hold a student back from applying, Kansas Boys State has partnered with Kansas State University Rec Services to fulfill that requirement.
