PROGRAM FEES

The total fee for the 2024 session of Boys State is $375. In most situations, a delegate or his family pays $50 and a sponsoring organization pays the remaining $325. Both fees must accompany the application which should be postmarked by April 30, 2024, to guarantee a reservation. Applications ARE accepted after the deadline, but space is limited.

No refunds after May 20, 2024!

Sending a young man to Boys State is a two-fold investment. Clearly it is an investment in a young man with plans for college and beyond. Boys State is also an investment in the future of your community, state, and nation.

Whereas driver’s education gave them valuable training in road responsibility, Boys State has given tens of thousands of young Kansans hands-on civic responsibility. It has strengthened confidence, inspired leadership, built bonds of friendship, and erased prejudice—all in a safe, open, and welcoming environment. This is an opportunity for you to keep passing the torch to the next generation.
