Local Government Forms

  • The clerk/secretary and the chairman/mayor/chief executive/presiding officer should create an agenda prior to the meeting. This should be posted for all citizens to view.
  • Anyone can write an Ordinance for discussion at the meeting.
  • The clerk/secretary should take minutes during the meeting.

Bill Form

  • Any citizen or governing body in Boys State may propose a bill using the bill form.
